Christopher Wood

Prior to setting up his practice in 2013, Christopher worked with Fearonhay Architects on an array of award-winning buildings in New Zealand and abroad. With experience across residential projects, multi-residential developments and commercial buildings Christopher has developed a broad knowledge of architecture through his involvement in high-profile projects in New Zealand.  

Humanist Approach

Our creative practice is driven by the ideals of practicality and humanism, with a commitment to beauty in design. We believe that architecture should serve as a link between nature, histories, culture and people. We’re interested in built forms that assimilate the landscapes they inhabit, always favouring material and structure appropriate to each particular context. Our bespoke solutions emphasise finely detailed spaces, manifested in the craftsmanship of the smallest design details within an overarching concept.
